netscape/mozilla
Ok I just installed Netscape 7 on my Linux machine, all HTML docs and what not still load into mozilla. i have a "preferred applications" buttons under extras then preferences. I have tried putting my netscape path into the command line for the web browser in there, and instead when it loads i get this wierd mozilla with netscape's buttons that looks really dumb, i was wondering if there is anything else i should do to get this to work.

Are you sure thats not Netscape? Netscape is a cheap knockoff of Mozilla anyway.
try typing in "about:" in the address bar and see what you get. Is there a reason you need netscape? ------------ Jeremiah |
well i dont really need netscape that badly, but even if i dont use it mozilla still isnt normal

View >> Apply theme >> modern should do the trick.
If your spinner is a "m" that turns into the dragon thing then you are running mozilla, if it's a "n" orbiting the earth or whatever, then it's netscrape. HTH -NSKL |
