Net-Snmp subagent is connected but I am unable to monitor another asterisk server.

Hello

2 machines (Main asterisk server ip is 192.168.1.152 which is to be monitored, and monitoring asterisk server with ip 192.168.1.116 from which I want to monitor):

In the monitoring machine(192.168.1.116):
snmpwalk -v1 localhost -c public sysName (working fine)
snmpwalk -v1 192.168.1.152 -c public sysName (don't works and gives -> END OF MIB)

In the monitored machine(192.168.1.152) both are working fine:
snmpwalk -v1 192.168.1.116 -c public sysName (it works)
snmpwalk -v1 localhost -c public sysName

Please help, net-snmpd subagent is getting connected but I am unable to monitor remoteipaddress.

Try
v2

Shweta Mandal 04-18-2016 08:01 AM

On using v2 I get the following:
SNMPv2-MIB::sysName = No more variables left in this MIB View (It is past the end of the MIB tree)

furthermore, can anyone please suggest something how monitoring will get started. As I said monitored asterisk server is main one, and it is monitoring everything like calls through sip softphones or ip phones, and I need to get that same monitoring result continuosly on my monitoring asterisk server ie.192.168.1.116
