Net-Snmp on RedHat Linux 4 WS

I have been trying to set up Net-Snmp on my RedHat Linux box. I have RedHat Linux Enterprise 4 WS. I downloaded the package net-snmp.5.4-1.fc5.i386 .rpm and installed it. But when I do snmpwalk I get

error loading shared library libcrypto.so.6

Then I tried to build the package from src but that fails with the error

user hardaker does not exist - using root
Failed build dependencies:
beecrypt-devel is needed
elfutils-libelf-devel is needed

What do I need to do?

libcrypto is part of openssl. you do realise though, you've installed a fedora core 5 rpm on a rhel4 server? any reason you wanted to deliberatly use the wrong software? :D use the version of net-snmp form the offical rhel cd's / dvd / up2date. alternatively you can actually use centos 4 rpm's fine too.
