Tell what flavor of Linux that you are using.
It's probably in your repository.
Did you try and install X and related from your package mgr?
Also do you have your xorg.conf configured to use the right module?
You need to give a whole lot more info.

lshw > hardware.txt
or

dmidecode > hardware.txt
Then read hardware.txt in the directory where you ran that.
