Question need traffic monitor


Hi!

is there a traffic monitor which shows me the kb/sec throughput
per program?

browsed many of them but found nothing

i search for a simple traffic monitor showing me
the bandwidth in kb/sec for each program running

i know netstat can show me which program runs at which port
but not the throughput or?!
