today i downloaded and installed the debian 3.1r0a on my machine. and i need to run the KDE 3.4.2 on my debian, can anyone tell me how can i do this...
Well, to run KDE, you need for it to be installed. Im sure there are tons of ways to do this, but I guess running the follwoing might suffice (debianists will know more, google even more)
Code:
apt-get install kde*
edit: forgot about debians "stability", youll probably get KDE 2.1 if you apt-get it unless youre hooked up to "unstable" or "testing", google will tell you more if youre not familiar with debian yet.
