Cool Need to install 1.3.1 Sun JVM on RH Enterprise v 4.5

My Red Hat has Java v 1.4.2. Progress data base requires 1.3.1 SunJVM. First I'm not sure what to download, Sun website has a lot of products.
I downloaded:
jre-1_3_1_21-solaris-i586.sh
and
SunJRE131_18LinuxIntel.vm

First, I'm not sure if any of these should be installed or maybe it's a file with a .bin extension which I haven't found.

Second, how do I install the correct product in RH v 4.5?

Has someone here worked with Progress and knows what the correct file is?

Thank you,

I was able to find a 1_3_1 .bin file at this address:
http://java.sun.com/products/archive..._20/index.html

Thank you for your help.
