Need to access Windows 10music folder from Linux Mint 19 Guest

HI Y'all,

I just installed Linux Mint on my laptop using virtual box and I can't seem to get to my music folder on Windows 10. I already shared the folder in Windows. I heard about something called Samba, do I need that? Please help!!!! Please list the commands I need to know to accomplish this task>
