Hello Gizmo92,

Here are the answers to your questions:
- The Operating System (OS) is responsible for Machine and Peripherals management, with some help from the BIOS (Basic Input Output System).
- The System Administrator is responsible for Security, with the help of the OS and some specialized software
- File Management is one of the duties of the System Administrator and other users, with the help of some software.
- Devices drivers are pieces of software used by the OS to communicate with the devices.

Any more questions ?
