Please your help where to donwload RHES 6.0 for testing

There's no such thing as "RHES 6.0". The ES named variant of RHEL was stopped with the 4.x generation. Maybe you don't actually mean that though. Either way... http://www.redhat.com/download

Did you go to downloads and make an account?

And, you do know you can download it but without a support contract you will not receive updates, right? Even though you just want to "test it".

You can however use CentOS which is essentially the same minus the logos.

CentOS 6.0 , 6.1 , 6.2 , 6.3 , 6.4 are all unsupported

if you really NEED rhel6 ( 6.5 is the current)
register/ create an account with RedHat !
buy the required support contract !
and install RHEL6
