need help with DMraid&NVraid dualboot

I havent ran linux since 2003, at the time it was a single hd setup and pretty straight forward with no windows install to fuss with. it was a settop for a ftp i was running, mandrake on

ive been in lalal land for quite a while and right now im running 2 seagate 320's in raid o with xp.

i would like to dual boot with suse 10.2 and xp on the softRAID, (nvraid) with a 150gb partion set up for suse

ive gone into the installtion and it wants to install on SDA0 which will corrupt my xp install. im a bit lost on how to do this, if its possible at all on NVRaid

i do have a fasttrak controller, but its still not true hardware raid. should i just install that? ditch NVRAID and put xp on raid with the add in card

ir ead somewhere that is the easy way and linux will be able to dual boot without a problem

any guides or links would be helpfull

i've searched high and low, i found a wiki on DMraid and NVraid, but it's assuming you dont have windows on the same array.. so not much help there

im thinking of just using one of the 120gb WD's i have set up for music storage and load suse onto one of them

unless anybody has experience with dualboot XP and NVRAID on here
