Need help with Dial-up Web Setup?

I have a broadband connection from BSNL, India. I want to host website.
All I have Fedora 11 Installed. Say, If I have creaed a webpage index.php.
I want my friend located at US see my page.
How can I setup the same?

i can't get your question.
are there some problems with your ISP blocks US IPs? they should be addressed to your ISP then.
