Need Help with configuring KDE

I am curious, is there an executable file inside KDE that runs after all the KDE systems were loaded into the memory. I need to run "vmware-toolbox &" command to make transision between windows and VMware to be seemless. I have to run this command manually after KDE interface is completely loaded.
