Need Help w/ touchpad settings

I'm completely new to linux, I got Ubuntu up and running, but my touchpad has tap-to-click and tap-to-drag activiated as a default and i'm not sure how to turn it off. I'm guessing i'm going to need to download a new driver, install it, and use command line to adjust settings...but I'm not sure where to start. Any help?

Touchpad

Do you have ksynaptics installed?

In your menu tree, check if you have something like

Configuration -> KDE ->Peripherals -> Touchpad
