Need help to understand a command


Hello All!

Could someone, please, help me understand what does the following command do.

Recently I was found it running on my server. I don't know who and for what were run it, but first of all I'd like to understand what it does. Will be very appreciate for any help.

its safe enough to run, basically just looks through all readable file systems dumping locations of all the files in to console

Without knowing in what context it was actually used I'll leave it at that..
