Please don't yell. It's rude.

Insert the Fedora CD and boot from it. There probably is some sort of rescue mode in it. It should give you the option to restore LILO or Grub, or at least boot into the Linux system you already have in the hard disk. Tell us which one you're going to try and if your boot loader was LILO or Grub. We'll take it from there.

Another option is to use the SuperGrub Disk to reinstall grub. Its a small live cd thats used to manipulate the bootloader e.g. reinstall grub or the Windows bootloader.

The way I do is to install Windows software first.

1. Make several partitions on your hard drive.

2. First install Windows XP/Windows Vista/Windows 2008 server.

3. Afterwards insert the Fedora CD and install it one of the partitions you have created.

4. During the installation process of Fedora, you will notice GRUB.

5. You should configure GRUB to recognize Windows software.

6. The critical file is called 'menu.lst' in GRUB.

The following is my 'menu.lst' file

Quote:
Quote:
ni@linux-j5q7:/boot/grub> su root
Password:
linux-j5q7:/boot/grub # cat menu.lst
