Well I'm going to due a poor job at explaining this....

1.Open up your web browser...

2. Go to google now lets say your searching for a movie...

type in the name of the movie + torrent at the end so it Searches for torrents.. example Trueblood torrent ....

3. they usually have a link on the page telling you to download...

4. Now not all the time when searching for files to download do websites give you free links most want you to buy there service... Other sites just lead you around in circles...

5. I don't know about security when it comes to torrents.... There are people watching you download torrents so you need to ask someone with more experience about how to secure your torrent download...

6. When you get to these pages some sites tell you how many Seeds and leechers there are..

Seeds are people sharing the movie/file

Leechers are those downloading the file...

7. When you hit the download file if this is a real link it will ask you what program to use... it should by default pick Ktorrent..

Well this is a very rough explanation....
