Need help running refind bootloader

I need help debugging refind bootlaoder.

I followed the archwiki instructions exactly when installed refind on a fresh istall, but it doesn't seem to work.

The refind bootloader appears and it sees all other systems installed on the hard-drive but not its own system.

Launcher for the new install doesn't appear in refind bootmanager.

These are some of the infos:

I installed refind by issuing refind-install scrip; it installed the following packages in the EFI/refind directory:
 >>> ls /boot/efi/EFI/refind
icons  keys  refind.conf  refind_x64.efi
~ >>>
This is the content of refind_linux.conf:
~ >>> cat /boot/efi/refind_linux.conf
"Boot with standard options" "archisobasedir=arch archisolabel=ARCH_201707"
"Boot to single-user mode"    "archisobasedir=arch archisolabel=ARCH_201707 single"
"Boot with minimal options" "ro root=UUID=6519b5ff-6ad3-43b3-8283-fed3eb354361 rw quiet splash"
~ >>>
The root UUID is correct.

This post is not relevant anymore.

I implemented systemd-boot, which runs smoothly.
