Prayag

I'm not discouraging anyone. My post was not helpful since I was not trying to help the OP. LQ is not a place where you can come and expect turn-key solutions to YOUR job which YOU are paid for.

You should not be on this forum and EXPECT help, especially when you haven't tried to anything yet. We are not PAID to do this, we do this to give back when time permits; marking threads as URGENT or saying things like "I EXPECT help" is just not on.

If you want to build a reputation where newbies demand help from you - this is your call. I for one will not assist someone who:

1. Hasn't tried to help themselves and solve their issue.
2. Shows poor nettiquette and demands help from me without even demonstrating they have tried.

We volunteer our help on this forum and thus it should not be EXPECTED that we help anyone.
