need help, on how to access quickly to special characters like "ñ" or "á"?
I live in country where we speak spanish, i do like to use my linux in english. But when i have to write letters, homework from the university i have to use special characters like "Ñ" or "¿", which belong to the spanish language.
In windows is very easy to access the ASCII code by pressing Alt + [num carac. ], for example, [ Alt + 168 ] = ¿, i would like to do that in linux so that i dont have to go to the character map and copy paste every time i want to use one of those carac. |
I'm in a similar situation. If you're using KDE, go to configuration > kde > accessiblility > keyboard layout. That will put an icon in the lower right corner of your screen. Just click the icon to go back and forth.
