Talking NEED HELP? Here is some required reading for Newbies.


This is an awesome 50 page write up on Linux Commands and Directory structures, and much more.

Note that it is specific to the writer's distro and may not be applicable to you specific distro, there may be slight modifcations needed. So I hope it does not confuse any of you.

I personally think something like this would be nice if it were made available with every distro and should be the first thing a newbie is pointed to...it will certainly speed up the learning process, and answer many newbie questions.
