Need help for sound
 

I know this questions have been asked several time, but i am a very freshly noobie with linux. I dont understand ANything.
Hope you guys can help me,...

Ok, I just installed RedHat 9.0, and I am using KDE. All of the hardwares just works perfectly without any hazzle. (just like windows xp) when you install it, all of the drivers stuffs are done.

But.. I think my sound card doesn't work. It is either wrong configuration or broken sound card. I have a message containing:

Sound server informational message:
Error while initializing the sound driver:
device /dev/dsp can't be opened (No such device)
The sound server will continue, using the null output device.

Please help with the very understandable term for a freshly noob like me
