Need Help fixing grub rescue... wontlLoad my dvds

Correction: I don't want to fix the Grub rescue, I want to Remove it!

I made a mistake a couple days ago trying to remove a dualboot OS from Backtrack 5 R2. Well I removed the partition and set it up to run as only Windows 7 again but forgot to remove the grub boot.... Well now it only loads the Grub Rescue menu and I don't know how to work it.Worst of all my laptop won't read my repair disc.

I've been looking all over the place and most replies to the problem has suggest SuperGrub or a windows repair disc. I've tried both so far and for some reason my laptop isn't reading the DVD D: At first i thought i was messing up on making the SuperGrub disk, so I made a windows repair using another laptop in the house but it still boots straight into the Grub Rescue menu. I've already set my BIOS to load CD/DVD first but its still not loading anything i put in. I've even tried loading from a USB and that didn't work. If anyone could throw some ideas at me to get my laptop to load the repair disk i'd reeeaaalllllyyy appreciate it!!!!

reinstall windows 7 Boot loader by using DVD while booting system. i guess FIXMBR and FIXBOOT are two parameters. google have so many links to re-install windows loader.

You have two problems. One is being unable to boot from your DVD drive so you would need to verify that it works. If you are able to boot windows, put a DVD in the drive with data on it and see if it works. If it does, you need to resolve why it won't boot your Repair DVD when it is set to first boot priority.

The second problem is repairing the mbr. I don't think a recovery disk has the necessary boot repair files and you need a full installation CD/DVD. You should be able to get it at the site below although I'm not sure if they charge for it now. Otherwise use google to search.
