Need help choosing live distro for...

I'm wanting to install this software:

But it looks like it needs to be installed in Linux, and some people have had trouble doing that before:

Any recommendations on which distro (live cd) I should use that will include the external libraries needed?

If you want to use a live CD, I believe you would have to have enough writable linux partition space where the libraries could be installed, or you would have to customize your own live CD to include those libraries. Knoppix comes to mind as a live distribution with instructions on customization, but I've only used Knoppix, so other live distros might be customizable also.

The distro of live CD would depend on the hardware configuration, processor, memory, and so on.
