Need help
 

Hello to all! I simply want to know how can i add a new user's account. I tried using the adduser and passwd commands but despite the fact that the acount was created, the password i try is wrong :(
I am almost sure that i have made a mistake using these commands. Thank you in advance.

p.s. How can i see all the user's passwords since i am the administrator???

please use useful thread titles in future... this is a help forum... we know you want help.

once the user is created use the passwd program to set the password to allow a login to take place. you can never list normal users passwords, that is not possible as it would pose a huge security risk. instead you can only reset users passwords. don't be so nosey.
