Need a tutorial in pdf. Please read. Thanks

I need a non-distro specific Linux tutorial in pdf.
This tutorial must be for somebody who's new to Linux. It should start at the very basics and end with advanced Linux usage. I'm not looking for distro-specific either. Just something that I can read and then try to mirror while on any Linux system. I do have a basic understanding of Linux, but I'm positive that I don't know ALL of the basics. I'm most definitely certain that I don't know the advanced stuff. I'd like a few links if possible.

Thanks for the help in advance!

There's a bunch of them listed at the Linux Documentation Project. Also google for the RUTE linux guide which I know is available in pdf...

you can make a .PDF of any tutorial you find...

If you take the project from a different angle, you could write about your experiences and what you learnt, then release it for others, that's wha ti plan, time permitting :)

My preferred one: Rute Linux Tutorial, html and pdf: http://rute.2038bug.com/index.html.gz

The link to the pdf file is at the top left of the page.

I found that http://gentoo-wiki.com is very informative for any Linux distributions besides Gentoo.

OpenOffice 2.0 can output PDF files. Also in web browsers like Firefox, you can output to ps and then use ps2pdf utility to convert it to PDF. Some users may use gv to do it all in one step by taking out the lpr command out, so they will always print to a PDF compatible file from web browsers.

That link takes me to a website in Zimbabwe! :(

It's all good though, I'll just take this html and turn it into a pdf. Hell I might just keep it html.

Thanks again guys/gals!
