Thumbs up Need a configuration file for notebook

Ijust installed Linux on my Toshiba laptop.

I am using Redhat 5.2 and I do not seem to have the right Xserver for my video display.

I have a Toshiba 1735.

Does anyone know where I can get the correct and a prewritten configuration file for this machine.

May I ask why you are using such an old version of RedHat? I'm sure if you were to use a newer version you would have no problems with X. Everything would be done during install for you.
