Question need a bandwidth monitor tool for FC9

hello pals
i'm using a DSL internet service name BSNL DATAONE. i'm suppose to monitor how much MB i'm using daily or at present at this session.. in windows i have a tool to monitor but in linux i dont find any such tool... please suggest me some tool that show me the current upload and download data size...

please provide me a good solution

gkrellm might be able to do that.
Also check the system monitor.

i am just wondering how the DSL line connecected to your network, in other words if it is a modem or cisco device you can use snmp protocol and try to use one of the following: mrtg, RRDtool and Cacti.
