ndiswrapper ... newbie issues

After much reading I finally figured out how to install, configure ndiswrapper. I even got cabextract to work as well. My problem is this:

I looked up the id and this is what the ndiswrapper states the driver I should use is this.

Card: Unex UR012i USB Adapter
Chipset: Prism2
usbid: 0967:0204 Rev 1.32
Driver: Works with the WinXP driver in the shipped cd.
Other: Debian sarge, 2.6.10 http://www.unex.com.tw/web1/english/...&c4name=UR012i

It states that the driver I should use is included with the shipped cd. So I took a look at the cd at all the .bin, inf files and installed them by typing ndiswrapper -e -i depending on the files, heck ... I've tried every combination wether it fit or not. I installed every file ... and it still tells me the hardware is NOT present. I also read somewhere that the files might need to be extracted out of the Setup.exe so I downloaded cabextract and tried to extract any files I could out of all the files to no evail. So my question is this. What am I doing wrong? Here is what the cd's file looks like

AUTORUN.INF data1.hdr ikernel.ex_ layout.bin Setup.ini WLanfiles.txt
data1.cab data2.cab KU8M.ico Setup.exe setup.inx

I'm using mandrake 10.1. Can anybody please assist me?

Thanks,
-theMayor

Are you sure you need this?
According to this site, http://linux_wless.passys.nl/ , this is a nativly supported card.
Scroll to the bottom of the list and check your card under the Unex manufacture. Under the model number it says there should be a driver here:

http://www.linux-wlan.org

Might wan't to check that first.
