nautilus problem

I just installed mandrake 9.0 and was in nautilus. I tried double clicking on a wav file, and then an mp3. Both times it said that nautilus didn't have an acceptable program to view these files. I went to the file associations setup and checked to make sure these file types had an association. Any suggestions

Thanks in advance.
