NAT setup on redhat 5.3

I need help setting up NAT on my new GRID/Blade system. I have:

(1) A head node, with eth0 connecting to the internal 192.168 net, and eth1 connected to my general net: 192.78.
(2) Sixteen (16) blade nodes on the 192.168 net.

I simply need to get the 16 blades communicating to the 192.78 general net.

I searched an found some hints here, but none are definitive, and match my setup... or are not totally clear.
