Name of the sidebar with the statistics?
 
can someone tell me what is the name of the program for the sidebar in the picture below. its the one with the disc usage and cpu usage

The one on the right? It's gkrellm. With the CoplandOS theme. The theme can be obtained here. http://www.muhri.net/gkrellm/nav.php...dded&conf=DESC
and, of course, you get the package from your distro's repository.
