Dear sir
I am unable to save scenario from NAM window. Although save option is there and whenever we use save button a descriptive file can be saved but not image. I tried to create .jpg,.gif document also but failed to store image.

Saving a file : Create a file in the same folder as out.nam,
say nam-save.txt.
Select → File > Save layout >>
.. and choose nam-save.txt in the dialog window.
Saving an image of the nam window : Screenshot.
You can also save an image while nam is running (Play button.)
$ sudo apt-get install imagemagick
Two files are attached : RANDOMjpg (as RANDOMjpg.txt)
and the Icon / 'Desktop entry' : foto.desktop (as foto.desktop.txt)
Make the shell script executable ($ chmod +x RANDOMjpg) and :
$ sudo cp RANDOMjpg /usr/local/bin/
.. Now you use the included cross hair to shoot a number of images.
Which will all save to different file names screen<random-number>.jpg .

What do you mean by "saving option is not there" ?
The file created when you see the cross hair,
.. and select the `nam area´ you want for an image,
is saved when you release the mouse button.
Saved as e.g. screen12345.jpg to one of three locations :
/home/name/Desktop/, /home/name/, or /home/name/Documents/ .
... I.e. the save location can vary with "Desktop Environment".
( Gnome, KDE, Mate, etc.)
Dear sir
Thanks..
You are right screen saved somewhere else not on desktop. Thanks again
Just now i found another method for this
Applications/Accessories/Take Screenshot perform exactly same function.
