How can i add users to nagios either than nagiosadmin??

Which OS you are using?

Well, try this:

htpasswd2 /usr/local/nagios/etc/htpasswd.users newusername
then follow the instructions on the screen to enter the password.

And then restart the apache service.

After that you have to add the user permissions in the cgi.cfg file.

authorized_for_system_information=nagiosadmin,user1,user2,...usern
add the username in this above mentioned line.
