mythbuntu on newly installed mint 17 cinnamon

Has anyone got past the continuous loop with setting up myth frontend? I installed mythbuntu 0.27 on a newly installed mint 17 cinnamon machine as per directions but cannot get past this point. I have read threads that suggest the passwords stored and on screen don't match and have rectified that but still no jot?
