Exclamation myth transcode fails with unrecoverable error

Just installed linhes 7.2 a few days ago

Edited a couple of recordings to highlight the adds then did transcode high quality.

Result unrecoverable error.

where do I look to find out what really happened, so I can start work on fixing it.
