mysql does not start


120807 9:22:22 [Note] Plugin 'FEDERATED' is disabled.
/usr/libexec/mysqld: Table 'mysql.plugin' doesn't exist
120807 9:22:22 [ERROR] Can't open the mysql.plugin table. Please run mysql_upgrade to create it.
120807 9:22:22 InnoDB: The InnoDB memory heap is disabled
120807 9:22:22 InnoDB: Mutexes and rw_locks use GCC atomic builtins
120807 9:22:22 InnoDB: Compressed tables use zlib 1.2.3
120807 9:22:22 InnoDB: Using Linux native AIO

I cannot start mysql.I get the following errors.Can anyone please help me?

Did your mysql work before?
You probably updated the mysql package but have to run mysql_upgrade to update the mysql database structure for the newer version.
