MYI and MYD files getting removed
 

Hello Guys,

I got a strange problem. I got a MyISAM table whose MYI and MYD files get removed after some time. Any idea why this is. Only file that is present is frm file. Any way to recover this table from frm file

Not sure about why they would be deleted, especially just those two of the three. the MYD is the data, the MYI is the index, the frm is just the structure, so it *could* be a TRUNCATE statement running on the table. There is no way to recover that table without having at least the MYD as far as I know since that is what holds the actual data.
