My x11-development files are installed. But where?

While trying to get gplflash installed on my 64bit Manndriva 2008.1, I get the following --- when I do a ./configure (I only quote for now the last few lines):
checking for XOpenDisplay in -lX11... no
checking X11/XKBlib.h usability... yes
checking X11/XKBlib.h presence... yes
checking for X11/XKBlib.h... yes
configure: error: cannot find X11 development files
But I have those installed

[root@localhost plugins]# urpmi lib64xorg-x11-devel
Package lib64xorg-x11-devel-7.2.0-2mdv2008.0.x86_64 is already installed
Package lib64xorg-x11-devel-7.2.0-2mdv2008.0.x86_64 can not be installed
[root@localhost plugins]#
When I do "./configure --help" I get amongst others

X features:
--x-includes=DIR X include files are in DIR
--x-libraries=DIR X library files are in DIR
So now I want to find out where my X-devel files are installed, so that I can use the above option to tell configure where the devel files are. But see what I get:
 [root@localhost plugins]# which xorg-x11-devel
which: no xorg-x11-devel in (/usr/share/colorgcc:/sbin:/usr/sbin:/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/X11R6/bin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/lib/qt4/bin)
[root@localhost plugins]# which x11-devel
which: no x11-devel in (/usr/share/colorgcc:/sbin:/usr/sbin:/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/X11R6/bin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/lib/qt4/bin)
[root@localhost plugins]#
How can I determine where my lib64xorg-x11-devel is installed?

If I recall correctly its in /usr/lib64/xorg and you can either symlink or specify in conf file

If I remember correctly, Mandriva uses rpm. You can use the -ql option to list the installed files

$ rpm -ql [package_name]
