I rent VPS that work with Linux and i can run my python files on it easy with nano command.
Now i have .exe file that connect to mirc and i don't know how to open it from my vps ??
I try to type :-

So how i can open it ??
This file can work with double click in my windows, But i don't know how it should work on Linux server.
my server is : OpenVZ VPS Slice (CentOS 1 Slices)

So as you can see spotter.exe is not an executable file (at least not in linux). That's why you can't execute it. As I mentioned before, it's probably a Windows file.
