My terminal cannot detect the flash drive.

My terminal cannot detect the flash drive at all time. Could you tell me what can I do?

Sorry, I did not express it very well. When I open the VMware, I have chosen the Fedora13 which was saved into my hard disk. When it is opened, I go to Applications > System Tools > Terminal.

I cannot upload my print screen to here. Otherwise, I will upload the images of the screen. Then, it is much more better for you to know where it is.

How will a terminal or a cli detect a pen drive? You will need to mount it manually and access it.
