my shortcut keys do not work ,
 

I went to configure shortcut keys and none of them work even the default set ups,

a few work like the COmpiz toggles with CTRL+ALT+arrows and the switch key but for example

I want to launch Firefox via Shortcut key i can't seem to get it to happen

also launching Konsole Via shortcut doesnot work either?

What am I doing wrong? I have them enabled.

any help??

I still can't seem to get the shortcut keys to work for standard things like Launch Konsole ect..
