Question My second Day Using CentOS...plz help

hi... how is life...
i bought a hacker CD from a CD shop, and in the videos, they speak on WEP-Crack but by using linux.. then i bought ubunto,madriva2008,CentOS and may be SeSusu or some thing like that.. i tried to install with Vista i did with CentOS...

In these 2 days i installed aircrack and required packets, but >>>>>
but >>>> in the video they use Wirelesslan card, i have no wirelesslan Card but i have an Access Point, thats why i can't use any command in the "aircrack package".

My question is:
can i use my Access point rather than a wirelesslan or i should go and buy one

i'm so glad to register in this forum cause i got many help from this site and replays..

thanks
yours'

From what I understood you don't have any wireless card in your computer. Is that right? You can't connect/create any access point without a wireless card.

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think you'll be able to use aircrack without having a wireless card in your computer.

'Aircrack' (Aircrack-ng) is meant only for dealing with wireless,
... so may be you don't need a wireless card at all ??
