Can you give us some information on your system. What distro are you using? Please explain what is "seafiles" or "sea files". Can you explain where you got this file? Little information=little help. Please provide as much information as you can about your system and your problem.

Is it September already?

seafile is cloud storage, not on your device. It only gives you 1 GB for free, so if you want more space you need to sign up and pay for it.
