my own linux
 
i have java app. i want make my Linux dedicated to that application.such that,when Linux load it start the app, start menu have Shutdown,reboot and my application luncher, only one window , desktop right-click also have the same menu-items as start-menu.

Take a distribution that you know, do a minimal install, then install your app and its dependencies, xorg, a lightweight window-manager like IceWM, JWM or one of the *boxes, then customize it to your needs (menus, maybe themes or an autostart for your app). If you are done make a live-CD from it, reagarding to your distro you have different choices like remastersys, live-helper, linux-live, ... .
At all, I have done something similar with Debian, it was not very difficult.

There are a few different versions of Java you can use on Linux - do test your app out with them all and decide which works best.
