Reason: Mod-edit: vulgarities removed while trying to preserve the "look & feel" (I don't take any credit for grammar in this post)
Why don't you try to describe the problem a little better:
1) what distro are you using?
2) what hardware do you have besides a PIII?
3) have you been having power spikes, etc that cause the system to shutdown?
4) does it reboot itself?
5) are all the services running in the startup scripts or did you start them all manually?
People here want to help you out, and just posting "Linux Sucks!!!!" doesn't help anyone to help you solve your problem...
Depending on what you're doing with your server, sometimes it's better to stick with what you know.
Why should we care? Your attitude sucks. Linux is great in the hands of anyone wanting to learn or with a little patience. Go pay for windows server. And then the updates. And the anti-virus.
And sorry spljvaldez system p3 450mhz 128ram everything starts automatic and I reboot my self sorry for bad english but it is 4 nights without sleep...
The computer knows what it's suppose to do, Linux knows what it's suppose to do....sounds to me like the problem isn't linux or the computer. If you would have phrased....errrr.... asked a question, you problem would be up and running
