That's too bad. Did you try to get a friend who knows Linux to take a look at it?

Why don't you try to describe the problem a little better:

1) what distro are you using?
2) what hardware do you have besides a PIII?
3) have you been having power spikes, etc that cause the system to shutdown?
4) does it reboot itself?
5) are all the services running in the startup scripts or did you start them all manually?

People here want to help you out, and just posting "Linux Sucks!!!!" doesn't help anyone to help you solve your problem...

Depending on what you're doing with your server, sometimes it's better to stick with what you know.

Why should we care? Your attitude sucks. Linux is great in the hands of anyone wanting to learn or with a little patience. Go pay for windows server. And then the updates. And the anti-virus.

The language, attitude and manner can tell us which one uses Windows. A good refreshing post.

I think the moderator should do something about it.

The computer knows what it's suppose to do, Linux knows what it's suppose to do....sounds to me like the problem isn't linux or the computer. If you would have phrased....errrr.... asked a question, you problem would be up and running

Hehe, I guess we need posts like this to keep things lively. Definately not worth any further time investment.
