My Computer is running so Slow, all these happened when...
All these happened when I tried to install a third Hard Drive, for backing up propuses. It was a Windows NTFS drive.
When I removed the third drive, and got the HDD as they were, things got a little better, but no significant improvement.
The Memory, and the Processor usage in the process monitor show, no big difference when the computer was ok, the only thing that incredibly was increased was the load meter.
Besides when booting, the HAL daemon takes a long time to be loaded, when the rest of the booting process is loaded Normally,
Any Ideas or suggestions?
Best Regards
Here is my current process list for reference: Need more, please ask for it.... And since I'm really a Newbie, please indicate, how to get it....

Please post the output of 'hdparm -i /dev/hdX' where hdX is each of your hard drives. Maybe they're running slow due to that other drive.
