my adobe flash player has crashed

i earlier on asked for help on how to download from youtube, i was directed and downloaded about two videos, now anytime i try to watch videos it tells me my adobe flash plugin has crashed, please help me to fix this one too

If you download them, you shouldn't need flash. You should be able to open the files in VLC or any other media player. Also, you could try restarting your browser or reinstalling flash.
