mutt - configuration

i am able to setup mutt after searching "LQ" forums to receive my emails through gmail via imap, my configuration file looks like

set imap_user = 'xxxxxxx@gmail.com'
set imap_pass = 'xxxxxxxx'
set spoolfile = 'imaps://imap.gmail.com:993/INBOX'
set folder = 'imaps://imap.gmail.com:993'
set record = 'imaps://imap.gmail.com/[Gmail]/Sent Mail'
set postponed = 'imaps://imap.gmail.com/[Gmail]/Drafts'
set editor="vim"

i am looking for an entry which would allow me to send emails to all networks like hotmail, gmail, yahoo etc

thankyou.

you don't define smtp servers in mutt, instead it passes mail (by default) to the sendmail process, and that will relay mail generically for the whole system. if you want to change it to a different process, e.g. ssmtp, then you'd use "set sendmail = /usr/bin/ssmtp" etc.
